Alice Scutchey, Founder, City AM PA Club
Alice Scutchey is a former C-Suite EA with over 18 years experience in business administration. She currently works for a Fintech firm in the City. Passionate about giving back to the admin community, Alice founded The Canary Wharf PA Club in February 2019, creating a space where members can attend weekly training and networking events. She believes EAs and PAs should have a clear path for progression and equal opportunities to achieve their career ambitions.
Alice is delighted to be partnering with City A.M. to rebrand the CWPA club, further supporting and empowering the admin profession.
Beyond her work in the EA/PA space, Alice is a passionate speaker and Mental Health First Aid Instructor. She uses her platform to share her story, champion women, and advocate for the PA profession.

Craig is an Award-winning Executive Assistant with 17 years of C-Suite experience across various industries. A passionate advocate for the modern EA role, Craig provides global mentoring and guidance to administrative professionals.
Known for his "Share the Knowledge" motto, he actively engages in industry events, networking, and panels. As a London PA Network committee member, he supports EAs at all levels. Craig also spearheaded #NotJustAGirlsJob, a UK media-recognized initiative encouraging more men into the profession.

Jodie Mears, EA & Co Host, The Crodie Files Podcast
Jodie is an experienced C-Suite Executive Assistant and Operational Support Expert, passionate about knowledge-sharing and mentoring in the business support sector. Jodie’s 20-year career began as a purchase ledger clerk in the UK energy market before advancing into high-level administrative roles, including Receptionist, Senior Administrative Assistant, Bids & Proposals Coordinator, Ethics & Compliance Coordinator, and Global C-Suite EA.
Dedicated to continuous growth, she thrives on developing business skills and inspiring others through coaching and mentoring. Jodie serves on the advisory board of The PA Show, the UK’s largest exhibition for administrative professionals, and is an active advocate, speaker, and networker in the industry.

Lucy Brazier OBE is a leading authority on the administrative profession and CEO of Marcham Publishing, home to Executive Support Magazine and world-class training events like Executive Support LIVE and Modern-Day Assistant.
Author of The Modern-Day Assistant, she champions the recognition of Assistants as professionals and drives global development through initiatives like the Global Skills Matrix. Consulting with top corporations, she reshapes Business Support functions worldwide.
Honored with an OBE in 2021 for services to office professionals, Lucy also holds an Honorary Fellowship from the Institute of Administrative Management for advancing the profession.

Caroline Marshall is the founder of Upsource, a multi-award-winning Virtual Assistant agency providing Business, Executive, and Virtual Assistance. Upsource supports Entrepreneurs, HNWs, Startups, Scale-ups, and SMEs with outsourced PA/EA, operations, financial admin, HR, and content services.
With a background in Personal Assistance, Business Support, and Events, Caroline entered the Virtual Assistant industry in 2016 before launching Upsource in July 2020. Since then, the agency has seen significant growth, with Caroline’s expertise featured in Metro, Daily Mail, Grazia, Stylist, Waitrose Magazine, and The Guardian.
Her journey through motherhood, redundancy, the pandemic, and entrepreneurship inspired her to launch the podcast ‘Bump to Business Owner’, sharing the stories of fellow Founders who are also Mothers and how they make it all work.
